1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Luukal, Inc. (the “Company”), including but not limited to website development, application development, and hosting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terns and Conditons. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services
The Company offers website development, application development, and hosting services. The specifics of these services will be outlined in individual agreements with clients.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information required for the provision of services. The Company is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by clients.
4. Payments
Payment terms and amounts will be outlined in individual agreements with clients. The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property developed by Company during the provision of services, including but not limited to websites, applications, and hosting infrastructure, shall remain the property of the Company until otherwise agree upon in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information obtained during the provision of services.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damage, or any loss of profits or revenues arising out of the use of its services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services upon written notice if the other party breaches these terms. Upon termination, clients shall pay for all services provided up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Rhode Island USA. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Providence County Rhode Island.
10. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time Clients will be notified of changes, and coninued use of services after changes contitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
